Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued for purchases made from LavenderYours™. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. General Policy

LavenderYours takes pride in the quality of its products. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. All refund and return requests are evaluated in accordance with this policy.
 

2. Physical Products

a. Returns

Due to the nature of many of our items, including paper goods, journals, and greeting cards, physical products may be eligible for return only if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
 

b. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
 

c. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
 

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.
 

4. eGift Cards

All eGift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. Lost, stolen, or deleted eGift Cards cannot be replaced.
 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
 

6. Shipping Issues

LavenderYours coordinates shipping through third-party carriers to deliver orders to customers. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time, delivery timelines and handling are ultimately controlled by the carrier. As a result, LavenderYours cannot guarantee carrier performance and is not liable for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers. However, we remain committed to assisting customers in addressing shipping-related concerns by providing tracking information, documentation, and reasonable support throughout the carrier resolution process.
 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered processing. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed. Digital products and eGift Cards cannot be canceled once purchased.
 

8. Abuse and Excessive Refund Requests

LavenderYours reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund activity, or violation of our policies.
