Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how physical products purchased from LavenderYours™ are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays. LavenderYours reserves the right to extend processing times without prior notice when necessary.
2. Shipping Methods
LavenderYours ships orders using third-party carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or fulfillment partners such as Amazon Fulfillment Services (FBA), depending on the product and fulfillment method. Shipping method selection and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
3. Shipping Locations
At this time, LavenderYours ships physical products within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. International shipping is not currently available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order size, and selected shipping method. All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. LavenderYours is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us for this reason, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
8. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
LavenderYours is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LavenderYours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier, although we may provide supporting documentation upon request.
9. Digital Products and eGift Cards
Digital products and eGift Cards are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. LavenderYours is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
10. Changes to This Shipping Policy
LavenderYours reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website, with the updated effective date reflected above.
